21st June 2020

As a part of International Yoga Day Celebration, 112 volunteers performed Yoga and Pranayam at home. The theme of this year was #DoYogaBeatCorona.


24th September 2020

NSS unit organised an online lecture on the topic “Role of NSS in the Development of Students’ Personality”.


8th October 2020

As a part of COVID 19 – Pledge ceremony 219 students of the college took oath to make concerted efforts to fight against Covid-19.


3th November 2020

Through orientation program more than 75 students were orient regarding the NSS activities and its importance in life


15th November 2020

NSS Unit organised Road Accident Pledge - NSS Officers and Students took Oath to call 108 ambulance in case of road accident and be helpful to the victims in all possible manners. The volunteers also took pledge to be ‘Good Samaritans’ and make concerted efforts for the safe and secure future of the nation.

NSS unit organised an online program on 1st Dec 2020 wherein Dr. Urvish Chhaya – the Assistant Professor in Microbiology Department of the college oriented the students on “Prevention of HIV / AIDS’


12th January 2021

The NSS unit in association with CVM-NSS organized a National level Webinar on the topic “Proud to be an Indian” . Dr. Naresh Ved, Ex Vice-chancellor of Bhavnagar University addressed the participants.


22nd January 2021

The NSS unit in association with CVM-NSS and The wishing Factory (An NGO located in Vadodara) organized a State level Webinar on the topic “Significance of Thalassemia Screening before Marriage”. Dr. Putun Patel – the consultant paediatric haematologist and oncologist - made an informative presentation on the aforementioned topic


23rd January 2021

NSS unit in association with CVM-NSS Cell organised a guest lecture on the topic “ Life and Works of Netaji Subhashchandra Bose”. Dr. N. K. Barot- Associate Professor in the department of Sociology at N. A. & T. V. Patel Arts College addressed the NSS Volunteers on the aforementioned topic.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CELL has organized online group discussion programme on group discussion were “Is feminism all about women?” and “Why Women empowerment is important for sustainable development?”


12th February 2021

The NSS unit and Traffic Education Trust, Anand Jointly organised an awareness program on “Road Accidents and Safety Measures” on 12 th Feb 2021. Ms. Nimisha Panchal, RTO Anand, Ms. Parul Vaghela, PSI City Traffic, Anand and M. R. Parmar, RTO Inspector Anand addressed students on the aforementioned topic. The students also took pledge to follow traffic rules for road safety and be good Samaritans.ussion programme on group discussion

2 NSS Volunteers aware 796 people through signature campaign. The volunteers made the people sign an oath for utilizing their right to vote in the forthcoming election.

Women development cell of our college in association with C.C. Patel Community science center, Sardar Patel University has organized Inter-college Rangoli competition on the theme “Covid safety”.

As a part of world sparrow day celebration NSS unit of college has install a nest for the sparrow at college library building and distributed ready made nest amongst the college staff member too.

As a part of celebration of shahid divas by NSS unit, the idol of Gandhiji located in the premises of shastri ground was cleaned and felicitated with garland.
