01	21st June 2025	International Yoga Day : International Yoga Day was organised by NSS unit and Sports portfolio of our college in which all the teaching and non teaching staff participated and perform yoga..
02	26th July 2025 to 11th July 2025	Freshmen Student Induction Programme : This programme was organized to make students aware of the programmes offered by the college, unique characteristics of the college, infrastructural amenities, various committees and student centric activities organized in the college. Besides, some invited talks were organized to spraed awarness on topics like 'Food and Nutrition', 'Life and Mental Health, 'Cyber Security', 'Drug Abuse Prevention', 'Significance of Blood Donation, Organ Donation and Thalassemia Screening' etc. among students.
03	9th July 2025	Orientation Program for First Year Students : NVPAS NSS Unit organised Orientation Program to orient the newly admitted students regarding NSS Activities
04	15th July 2025	Alumni Lecture by Mr. Jinil Patel : An alumni talk was organized by the Department of Biotechnology, Genetics
05	30th July 2025	Expert Lecture on Introduction of QGIS and Applications of GIS : An expert lecture was organized by the Department of Physical Sciences on the topic 'Introduction of QGIS and Applications of GIS'. The students were introduced to open-source GIS software, spatial data handling, visualization, and practical GIS applications in real-world problem solving.
06	2nd August 2025	Workshop on Field Demonstration of Latitude and Longitude Measurement Techniques : A one-day workshop was organized by the Department of Physical Sciences on the theme ' Field Demonstration of Latitude and Longitude Measurement Techniques'. This workshop provided the students hands-on training in measuring latitude and longitude using surveying instruments, enhancing students’ understanding of geospatial coordinate systems.

12	3rd September 2025	The Expert Talk on 'Future of AI': The Expert Talk on 'Future of AI' was organized by the Department of Computer Science, Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, under the esteemed guidance of Principal Dr. Bhavin Patel and Head of the Department Mr. Mayur Patel. The Expert Talk conducted on 03-09-2025 targeted all students of FY and TY BCA, BSc CA&IT, and AI&ML.The session was presented by Prof (Dr) Brijesh Bhatt (PhD, IIT Bombay, Professor, Computer Engineering, Dharmsinh Desai University (DDU), Nadiad), addressed to the computer science department, NVPAS students.
13	4th September 2025	The Expert Talk on 'Flutter Development : The Expert Talk conducted on 04-09-2025 targeted all students of SY BCA, BSc CA&IT, and AI&ML.The session was presented by Bhaumik sir and Chaitali Shah to the computer science department, NVPAS students on the topic of ‘Flutter’, students attended, along with the department faculty. Mr. Bhaumik covered the fundamentals of Flutter, including its architecture, widget system, and Dart programming language.

15	3rd October 2025	Expert Talk on Navigating the Future: GIS, Technology, and the Road to Career Success : An expert talk was organized by the Department of Physical Sciences wherein Dr. Arpit Deomurari delivered his talk on 'Navigating the Future: GIS, Technology, and the Road to Career Success'. He focused on emerging GIS technologies, career opportunities, and the role of geospatial tools in professional growth.
16	11th October 2025	Industrial Visit to Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), Hadgood, Anand : An industrial visit was organized by the Department of Physical Sciences wherein the participating students visited 'Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), Hadgood, Anand'. The visit exposed students to the application of geoinformatics in ecological conservation, natural resource management, and sustainable development projects.
17	4th November 2025	FoSTac Training : One day training on Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTac) advanced manufacturing.
18	10th December 2025	Commemorating Sardar Patel @150 : The NCC Unit of our college have organized an event titled “Commemorating Sardar Patel @150” to honor the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The event aims to inspire students by reflecting upon Sardar Patel’s invaluable contributions to national integration, leadership, and nation-building. As part of this celebration, Quiz competition, On the Spot Poster making Competition and Guest lecture were conducted.
19	12th December 2025	Alumni Lecture by Ms. Tirtha Joshi (CUPDF, CEPT University) : An alumni lecture was organized by the Department of Physical Sciences wherein Ms. Tirtha Joshi (CUPDF, CEPT University) highlighted the role of geoinformatics in urban planning, sustainable city development, and career pathways in the planning and design sector.
20	17th December 2025	An Educational Tour at KHADHYA KHORAK, Gandhinagar : Khadhya Khorak Exhibition showcased the latest advancements in Food Processing, Packaging and Preservation Technology.
21	18th December 2025	Expert Talk on Creating Safe Campuses: Law, Awareness & Action Against Sexual Harassment : The Anti Sexual Harrasement Cell of Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure & Applied Sciences organized an expert talk on “Creating Safe Campuses: Law, Awareness & Action Against Sexual Harassment.”The programme aimed to create awareness among students about sexual harassment laws, institutional mechanisms, and preventive measures.It was conducted under the guidance of Respected Principal Dr. Bhavin Patel, with the support of Vice President Mr. Kartik Jagtap.The expert session was delivered by Adv. Nisha Nair, Principal, R. N. Patel Ipcowala School of Law & Justice, CVM University.The active participation of faculty and students made the programme impactful and aligned with institutional goals.
22	18th December 2025	Tree Plantation Drive : We are delighted to share that NSS Unit of Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences has successfully organized a Tree Plantation Drive to mark the 75th birthday celebration of our Honourable President and Chairman, Er. Shri Bhikhubhai B. Patel. This initiative reflects our collective commitment to sustainability and green living while expressing our heartfelt wishes and respect to Shri Bhikhubhai B. Patel on this special milestone.
23	3rd January 2026	Educational Visit to Anand Agricultural University : The Department of Physical Sciences organized an educational visit for Geoinformatics students to Anand Agricultural University. During the visit, students observed various agricultural meteorological instruments such as anemometer, wind vane, Campbell–Stokes sunshine recorder, rain gauge, evaporimeter, soil measuring instruments, and Stevenson screen. The visit helped students understand the practical functioning of these instruments and their role in collecting meteorological data. It also strengthened their understanding of the integration of meteorological observations with GIS and Remote Sensing techniques used in environmental and agricultural studies.
24	6th January 2026	Expert Talk by Dr Rashmi Patel CISST SPU : The program on “Awareness to Action: Sustainable Water & Waste Management for Well-being” is organized by the Biological Sciences faculties on 6th January 2026 in room no. 315 to develop awareness among our students of First Year Biological Sciences.
25	7th January 2026	The Expert Talk on "Cyber Security with AI" :The Expert Talk on ‘Cyber Security with AI’ was organized by the Department of Computer Science, Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, under the esteemed guidance of Principal Dr.Bhavin Patel and Head of the Computer Science Department Mr. Mayur Patel. The Expert Talk conducted on 07jan,2026 for FY BCA, SYBCA, FYBSc(CA&IT) ,SYBSc (CA&IT) and TYAI&ML students was organized in the NVPAS Auditorium.These Event started with a brief introduction of the Speaker by Dr. Monika Patel felicitated by Mr. Mayur Patel. After a highly informative session by Mr. Mohmadfarook Pathan in that students interaction followed by Q&A Session.
26	19th January 2026	Alumni Talk by Mr Dhaval Raychura : Chemical Science Department had organised an Alumni Talk to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry reality, providing students with crucial career guidance, networking opportunities, and motivation.
27	31th January 2026	Industrial Visit at Infinium Pharmahem Ind., Sojitra, Dist Anand : The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to industrial operations and enhance students’ understanding of real-world applications of theoretical concepts.
28	12th February 2026 to 14th Faebruary 2026	Workshop on Basic Python Programming for Geoinformatics : The Department of Physical Sciences organized a workshop on Basic Python Programming for Geoinformatics for second-year students. The workshop focused on introducing the fundamentals of Python programming and its applications in GIS data analysis and geospatial automation. It helped students understand how Python can be used to process spatial data, automate geospatial tasks, and support GIS-based research and analysis.
29	13th Faebruary 2026	Mangrove Awarness Program : The Department of Microbiology organized a Mangrove Awareness Program to create awareness among students about the ecological, environmental, and socio-economic importance of mangrove ecosystems. The program aimed to educate students about the role of mangroves in coastal protection, biodiversity conservation, and climate change mitigation.The session was conducted by Mr. Pavan Kumar, who delivered an informative and engaging talk highlighting the importance of conserving mangrove forests.
30	17th Faebruary 2026	Industrial Visit at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages HCCB, Goblej : The Department of Microbiology organized an industrial visit for First Year, Second Year, and Third Year students of Microbiology to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Goblej, Gujarat, on17 February 2026. The visit began with an orientation session conducted by industry personnel, during which students were introduced to the company profile, manufacturing operations, and strict safety and hygiene protocols followed within the plant.
31	18th Faebruary 2026	School Students Visit @NVPAS : The Department of Microbiology at (NVPAS) organized an enriching educational visit for school students on 18th February 2026. The visit aimed to spark scientific curiosity and provide practical exposure to the dynamic field of microbiology. Students were introduced to the significance of microorganisms in health, agriculture, environment, and biotechnology. A guided laboratory tour showcased advanced instruments and fundamental microbiological techniques, including microbial culture and microscopy. The interactive session encouraged students to explore scientific careers and innovation-driven learning.The visit served as a meaningful platform to connect school education with real-world scientific applications, inspiring young minds toward research and sustainability.

Dipen Parmar : The Expert talk was organised by the Department of Food Technology on "Opportunities and Challanges in the field of Food Technology" in which the expert has focused on the startup opportunities in this field along with various government schemes.
33	9th March 2026	International Women's Day Celebration by Women's Cell : The Women's Development Cell of Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure & Applied Sciences organized a special programme to celebrate International Women’s Day on 9th March 2026 in the College Library. The event aimed to recognize and appreciate the contributions of women in academia and society while promoting motivation, positivity, and unity among the female faculty members.
34	13th March 2026	Educational visit to Indian Institute of Packaging, Ahmedabad : The Food Technology Department of Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences, The CVM University organized a one-day educational visit to the Indian Institute of Packaging, Ahmadabad on 13th March 2026 with 30 students.The visit offered valuable exposure to modern packaging technologies, quality standards, and innovative industry practices.
35	17th March 2026	30th Annual Day Celebration : Natubhai V. Patel College of Pure and Applied Sciences organized the 30th Annual Day Celebration on Tuesday 17-03-2026. Hon'ble President- The Charutar Vidya Mandal (CVM) University and Chairman-Charutar Vidya mandal Er. Shri Bhikhubhai B. Patel sir presided over the celebration. Shri Manan Joshi, Group CEO, Polymechplast Machines Ltd. was invited as the Chief Guest and Shri Mayur Patel - the Donor graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour on this occasion.
